Privacy Policy

Effective May 20, 2026

The short version.

Breazzy is a free Android app that uploads your photos directly from your phone to a cloud storage bucket you own. We operate no servers, store no personal data, run no analytics, and have no technical means to access your photos. This policy describes that in detail.

1. Who we are

"Breazzy", "we", "us" refers to the entity publishing the Breazzy Android application and operating the breazzy.com website. Contact: [email protected].

2. What the app collects

The Breazzy Android app does not transmit any personal data to Breazzy. Specifically:

3. What stays on your device

The app stores the following locally on your phone, never transmitted off-device:

4. What is sent to your storage provider

When the app uploads a photo, it sends the photo file itself plus a signed S3 request to the endpoint you configured (e.g. Backblaze, Cloudflare, AWS). That request goes directly from your phone to the provider — it does not pass through any server controlled by Breazzy. The information your storage provider sees, and their handling of it, is governed by their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it:

5. What the website collects

The breazzy.com website is a static site served via Cloudflare. We may use Cloudflare's built-in analytics or a privacy-respecting analytics tool (e.g. Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. No advertising trackers are present.

6. Cookies

The website sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and content delivery.

7. Children's privacy

Breazzy does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, no special handling is required, but children should still configure storage provider accounts only with adult supervision.

8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, rectify, port, or erase on our side. Requests under GDPR Articles 15–22 or CCPA can be sent to [email protected]; we will respond confirming we hold no data tied to you. To control data held by your storage provider, contact them directly.

9. Data deletion

See the data deletion page for the full procedure. Summary: uninstall the app to remove its local data; delete your bucket (or its objects) at your storage provider to remove the photos.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects the user, we will note it in the app changelog and on this page for 90 days.
